About Your Presenter
Sandro Marc-Charles spent over 20 years developing sales programs and training sales teams making a global impact across Japan, Germany, Mexico, England, Guam, and throughout the US. His company, Gladiator Excellence, now combines strategy with technology to increase profit margins exclusively for restaurant owners around the country.
After joining BNI in 2021, Sandro developed a passion for business networking, and he began creating simple, easy-to-follow guides to help others gain greater results from their networking efforts. He’s shared these through videos, online and offline workshops as well as presentations at the 2024 and 2025 BNI US & Canada National Conferences. Sandro is dedicated to helping others unlock the power of simple, practical networking strategies that work.
